Ingredients:
- 2 (13.5oz/400ml) cans Coconut Milk (full fat)
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped Fresh Ginger
- 1/2 cup loosely packed Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Fancy Molasses
- 2 tbsp Whiskey (optional)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
