Copycat Nutter Butter Cookies - these homemade peanut butter
cookies filled with delicious creamy peanut frosting are more delicious than
the original kind.
Ingredients:
- For Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 stick of unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
For Peanut Butter Frosting:
- 4 tablespoon butter softened (1/2 stick)
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk.
