- 1 large egg

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Butter Cream Icing:
- 1/8 cup butter
- 1/8 cup vegetable shortening
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-3 tablespoons cream or half and half
