These one bowl red velvet cookies are vegan, gluten free, and absolutely delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1½ cups GF flour (you can also use whole wheat or all purpose)
- ¼ cup apple sauce
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup coconut oil, meted
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- ½ cup organic cane sugar
- 1 tbsp beet powder (or 1 tbsp red food coloring)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips, for topping.
