Ingredients:
- 2¼ cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 Tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon red liquid food coloring
- ½ cup powdered sugar
