offers to lasso the moon for his crush. These light and buttery vegan cookies
include a chocolate lasso.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 Tablespoons almond flour
- Pinch of coarse sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 Tablespoon evaporated cane juice
- 1/4 cup non-dairy butter
- 1 Tablespoon powdered sugar.
